    An honest read on whether we can help, and a recommended next step. Sometimes that’s a project. Sometimes it’s "you don’t need us yet — here’s what to do first."

    Choose Your Path

    What happens

    After the call, you pick how you want to engage us. There are two primary paths.

    Ongoing build and run. We deliver multiple builds per year, maintain everything we ship, and act as your technology partner. 6-month minimum.

    Fixed scope, fixed price. Most projects land in 4–12 weeks. Weekly check-ins, one defined deliverable, then we train your team.

    In a Partnership

    Continuous discovery. We deliver multiple builds across the year as new needs surface and prioritize the roadmap with you each quarter.
