Own Your Software. Own Your Future.
Custom software used to be only for big companies with big budgets. AI changed that. Now small businesses can own purpose-built tools that fit exactly how they work — for a fraction of what it used to cost.
The Problem with Renting Your Tools
You Don't Own Your Data
Your customer lists, your workflows, your history — it all lives on someone else's servers. If they shut down, raise prices, or get acquired, you're scrambling.
One Size Fits Nobody
You bend your process to fit the software instead of the other way around. Features you need don't exist. Features you'll never use clutter every screen.
You're at Their Mercy
They change the pricing. They remove a feature you depend on. They force an update that breaks your workflow. And there's nothing you can do about it.
Buying a House vs. Renting an Apartment
Using off-the-shelf SaaS is like renting an apartment. You can't paint the walls. You can't knock down a wall to make the kitchen bigger. And the landlord can raise your rent whenever they want — or sell the building out from under you.
Custom software is like buying a house. You own it. You can renovate the bathroom, add a deck, or knock out a wall to make room for your growing family. Sometimes you call a plumber — that's normal. But it's your house.
You build equity in it. You can sell it someday. And nobody can kick you out.
AI Made Custom Software Possible for Small Business
Here's what changed: AI-assisted development has dramatically cut the time and cost of building custom software. What used to take six months and a six-figure budget now takes weeks and a fraction of the price.
That means the same quality of purpose-built tools that Fortune 500 companies have always had is now within reach for small businesses. You're no longer choosing between "expensive and perfect" or "cheap and generic." You can have software built specifically for how your business operates — at a price that actually makes sense.
The gap between custom and off-the-shelf has never been smaller. And the advantages of owning your tools have never been greater.
What You Get When We Build for You
Your Code
You own 100% of the source code we write for you. It's yours to modify, extend, or hand off to any developer. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary black boxes.
Your Data
Your customer data, your business logic, your workflows — all of it lives on infrastructure you control. Nobody else can access, sell, or hold it hostage.
Your Freedom
Want to add a feature? Change a workflow? Integrate with a new tool? You can. There's no feature request queue, no waiting for a vendor's roadmap, no compromise.
You Own the Blueprints
Think of the code like blueprints to your house. You own them. You can hire any contractor to renovate. You can sell the house. But you can't sell the blueprints as a product or post them publicly — they were designed for your house, not for mass distribution.
On our side, we keep the right to reuse common building techniques. Think of it like standard framing or plumbing patterns — every builder uses them. But your custom floor plan? That's yours alone. We won't build the same app for someone else.
It's a fair deal: you get full ownership of what we build for you, and we get to keep improving our craft with the general techniques we've refined over time.
Our Terms, in Plain English
We believe you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand what you're agreeing to. Here's what our terms actually mean:
You own the final product — 100% of the code, configurations, and assets we create for you are yours after full payment.
You can change it however you want — Fork it, modify it, hire other developers to work on it. It's your codebase.
You can't resell or open-source it — We built it for your business, not for distribution. Use it to run your company, not to sell as a product.
We won't sell your app to anyone else — Your full repository stays yours. We don't resell, relicense, or hand off your custom solution.
We reuse common building blocks — Like a builder who reuses window designs across houses, we retain the right to reuse general-purpose patterns and techniques.
Hosting and support are optional extras — We include a 30-day warranty on everything we deliver. Beyond that, hosting and ongoing support are available as separate services.
