Simply select project folder from google drive, or drag files to the quote. The system uses AI to extract part numbers, quantities, and requirements.

Chat with the quote

Talk through the quote in natural language letting the ai build out the line items, inclusions, and exclusions with you.

Apply your business rules

Markups, labor, inclusions, and exclusions etc are calculated automatically based on your business logic.

Export for Review

Quote can be exported to a PDF or Google Doc for finalization and approval.

Document-Linked Inputs

The system references your existing product documentation so the AI knows what's available and how to price it.

Editing + Final Output

Review the quote, make final adjustments, and export a professional PDF with your branding—ready to send to the customer.

Optional Add-Ons

Phase 2: QuickBooks Integration

Connect the Quote Builder to QuickBooks so approved quotes can automatically generate invoices, reducing double-entry and keeping your financials in sync.

Phase 3: On-Site Phone Quote Capture

A mobile-friendly interface for field techs to capture quote requests on-site. Take photos, add notes, and submit directly to the Quote Builder for processing back at the office.
